usual great service - delivered as promised - great highly recommended

Ordered Brother waste toner box late Afternoon, it was the cheapest price I could find on the net taking into account delivery charges. Toner Giant offered free delivery. Normally free delivery means 2 or 3 day wait, not with TG it was next day delivery and it arrived early afternoon. Superb service will definitely be using them again and recommend them to friends and family.

The service provided was outstanding, customer service was second to none, order placed at 5.10pm and received by 10.30am the next day. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know.

We needed this toner urgently. It didn't arrive and we subsequently discovered that the delivery driver claimed to have twice tried to deliver it but couldn't. This is an office. It is always open during office hours and he tried to delivery around the middle of the day both times. The toner was then sent back to yourselves. Very disappointing.

So pleased I was asked “how did we do”
Placed my order, received confirmation and then waited and waited……. On checking with Customer Services I was then glibly advised it had been dispatched via ParcelForce despite being aware of industrial action!! When queried I was then told that it wasn’t all depots so fingers crossed my area would be ok!!! Safe to say I won’t be ordering from this Company again!

Order received next day which was a Saturday, and I had not requested a Saturday delivery (premium cost). SO very pleased with the efficiency

Would have preferred a local pick up point as we needed to arrange for someone to be in all day which is why we only use pick up normally.

Having operated my on business, I appreciate the standard of service, set on my initial order, the order arrived earlier than you initially indicated ,which was a blessing, and the toner itself was first class, thank you.

As always toner giant were quick, fast , and professional. Included a little gift of chocolate as-well which was a great gesture. I have ordered from them before and the ink has lasted me 4 years, which is amazing for someone who printed LOADS of papers during my two degrees ! Couldn’t recommend them anymore! The best service the best products in the game (p.s tired and tested the brother ink lasted me 3 weeks … ).

First purchase goes smoothly, then a continual bombardment of offers - but only for 3rd party (compatible) product.
So when I go to repeat purchase the dozens of emails I've been getting about offers and prices don't work.
So I'll do the shopping around again.

Build up expectations - you need to fulfil the promise. If you keep filling my inbox with spam, I'll just set it straight to shredding and buy elsewhere.

I thought I'd try out the compatible ink cartridges for my M255DW printer to save some ££ but I've unfortunately had too many issues with the ink performance. I've given in a purchased genuine ink again and it's fixed the issue. The compatible ink is faint and doesn't print well, soon as I put new HP cartridges in problem solved! I won't be wasting my money on them again.

I bought a set of compatible toner cartridges for my laser printer from Tonergiant based on their 3 year no quibble warranty, printer cover and great price. The cartridges arrived the next day. 5 months later I needed to install the last of the colour cartridges but found it didn't work, I contacted Tonergiant and received a working replacement the next day. Based on my experience with them I will definitely be using Tonergiant again and will happily recommend them to friends & family.
